Valiantys, a leader in Atlassian-led transformation, seeks an Enterprise Sales Lead for France to develop strategic accounts and drive enterprise growth. You will open discussions with senior leaders, shape multi-year transformation programs and partner with delivery teams to create compelling, measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise IT or professional services sales.
• Proven ability to create and close complex, high‑value opportunities with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting and business development capability to create demand and open doors.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior business, technology and transformation leaders to understand priorities and desired outcomes.
• Lead discovery and advisory conversations focused on business value and transformation.
• Identify, qualify and shape complex consulting, cloud and professional services opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with C-level stakeholders and cross‑functional sponsors.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.
