Legora is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end deployments of our AI-native platform for enterprise customers. You will lead go-live and post-rollout activities, coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities include configuring environments, managing SSO and DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), and providing proactive technical guidance to customers to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with proactive communication.
• Experience with SSO and enterprise integrations (DMS, APIs).
• Strong customer-facing and storytelling abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration projects from kickoff through go-live and rollout.
• Act as the technical point of contact during implementation and post-rollout.
• Configure and support customer environments including SSO and DMS integrations.
• Provide post-rollout technical support and drive customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success for smooth rollouts.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customer teams.
