Legora is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of our AI-native platform for enterprise clients in Paris. You will own integration projects, coordinate across Sales, Engineering and Customer Success, and ensure successful go-lives with top-tier customers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with SSO, authentication protocols, DMS integrations and APIs, strong PM skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical delivery, implementation or similar customer-facing role.
• Hands-on SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong project management, proactive, multi-project management.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and relationships with customers and internal teams.
• French language proficiency is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration projects from kickoff to go-live with high-quality delivery.
• Be the dedicated technical contact during implementation and early adoption.
• Configure and support customer environments including SSO, DMS integrations, and API connections.
• Provide post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success for a smooth rollout.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customer teams.
• Feed delivery insights back to product and engineering.
