Legora in Paris is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee successful deployments and integrations of our AI-native platform. You will lead end-to-end implementations, serve as the primary technical contact, and help customers go live and scale.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, configure environments including SSO and DMS integrations, and provide post-rollout support.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical delivery, implementation, or similar customer-facing role.
• Hands-on with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong project management skills and a proactive mindset.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• French language proficiency is an advantage though not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration projects from kickoff through go-live, owning technical documentation and rollout execution.
• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact during implementation and early adoption.
• Configure and support customer environments including SSO, DMS integrations, and APIs.
• Provide post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting advanced issues.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on requirements and ensure a smooth rollout.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customer teams on configuration and workflows.
• Feed insights from delivery projects back to product and engineering to improve future implementations.
