Le Bristol Paris is seeking an IT Supervisor Network & Security to join the Paris Corporate Office. You will oversee the availability, performance, and security of our network infrastructures and protection systems, leading initiatives and projects in collaboration with IT leadership.

You will implement security policies, manage incidents, assess risks, and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure regulatory compliance and project delivery in a demanding, international environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of higher education.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in an international environment.
• Experience operating and securing enterprise network infrastructures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation, administration, and evolution of network infrastructures and security components.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize security solutions (firewalls, EDR, endpoint protection, anti‑spam, anti‑phishing, web filtering, monitoring).
• Implement security policies, standards, and actions defined by IT leadership and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and lead remediation plans.
• Contribute to security incident management and response coordination.
• Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Deliver projects into production with IT teams and external partners.
• Maintain architecture, configuration, and hardening standards for network environments.
• Manage vendors and service providers; ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and cybersecurity maturity.
