Sealed Air Corporation seeks an Engineering Project Manager (PMO) for the Epernon site to lead extrusion and converting projects. You will act as regional technical reference, align with Global Extrusion Platform Team, and coordinate with Supply Chain Hubs.

Responsibilities include defining scope, leading design phases, managing budgets, schedules and safety compliance, and delivering high-quality, scalable production systems across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong PMO or engineering project experience.
• Experience with extrusion and converting lines.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel within Europe.
• Knowledge of CE marking and ATEX EU Directives.
• Familiar with automation tools and engineering software.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, organization and plans.
• Lead engineering design phases for extrusion/converting projects.
• Specify processes, equipment, materials and documentation.
• Manage fabrication/construction scopes and vendor coordination.
• Deliver safe, operable, reliable, compliant systems.
• Coordinate SDR, FAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up.
• Oversee project controls: cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling.
• Track costs, assess risks and report progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Incorporate sustainability objectives into project execution.
