Gramian Consultancy is seeking an Engineering Manager – Infrastructure / SRE in Paris to lead technical teams, shape cloud strategy, and drive automation and reliability across platform infrastructure.

You will manage people, set technical priorities, and steer SRE initiatives while contributing to a scalable, secure, cost-efficient architecture in a fast-moving product environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure / SRE / platform roles.
• 4+ years leading or managing technical teams.
• Proven ability to design complex cloud architectures for high-volume systems.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Strong Unix/Linux hands-on experience.
• Experience with virtualization, containerization and serverless tech.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and reliability.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Infrastructure / SRE to lead technical teams while shaping the evolution of cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and platform architecture. The role combines people management, technical leadership, cloud strategy, SRE practices, and long-term infrastructure planning.

Model: Onsite, 4 days week!

Key Responsibilities

• More than 5 years of relevant infrastructure / platform / SRE experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing or operationally leading technical teams.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing complex cloud architectures for high-volume or business-critical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with virtualization, containerization, and serverless infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production reliability.
