Job summary
Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Infrastructure / SRE to lead technical teams and shape cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and platform architecture in a fast-moving online gaming environment.
This permanent CDI role is onsite in Paris (75007) with a 4-day work week, strong growth opportunities, and a focus on scalability, security, and cost efficiency through automation and modern engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of infra/SRE experience in high-volume systems.
- At least 4 years leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, IaC, and cloud architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, and production reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support engineers to align delivery with priorities.
- Drive evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture.
- Define priorities across reliability, scalability, security, and cost.
- Promote automation, observability, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to medium- and long-term technology roadmap.
- Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives.
