Job summary

Gramian Consultancy seeks an Engineering Manager - Infrastructure / SRE to lead technical teams and shape cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and platform architecture. The role combines people management, technical leadership, cloud strategy, SRE practices, and long-term infrastructure planning.

Contract: PERMANENT - CDI. Model: Onsite, 4-day week. Location: Paris, France (75007). Hiring: 4 interviews – HR, 2 Technical, Final Meeting.

Qualifications

5+ years in infra/SRE/platform roles.
4+ years leading or managing technical teams.
Strong cloud architecture design for high-volume systems.
Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage infrastructure engineers to align delivery with tech and business priorities.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of infra talent.
Drive evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture.
Define priorities across reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Promote automation, resilience, observability, and operational excellence.
Contribute to medium- and long-term technology roadmap.
Guide decisions on software platforms, security, and scaling strategies.
Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives across the org.
Improve engineering practices and knowledge sharing.
