Gravitee in Paris is hiring an Engineering Manager (Product) to bridge technical excellence and product vision for our AI Agent Management platform.

You will lead squads building core features to secure and govern agentic ecosystems, including LLM proxies and API/Event management, while collaborating with Product Management to shape the roadmap and ensure high-quality delivery across global customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical squads while remaining active in architectural decisions.
• Strong interest in product vision and customer value.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering of production-grade features for AI agents, including LLM proxies and API/Event governance.
• Translate the agent-first vision into robust technical solutions that support secure contexts and tooling for agents.
• Contribute to product strategy by translating customer needs into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews to maximize velocity with AI-assisted tools.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and align team objectives with enterprise goals.
• Hire and coach engineers to grow technical and product passion.
• Drive resolution of software quality defects.
