Airbus Helicopters is seeking a professional to join the Engineering Enablers (ETE) department. The role focuses on boosting engineering productivity by bridging engineering métiers with AI experts, exploring automation and digital innovations across the Design Office.

You will train and deploy models for engineering use cases and collaborate with multiple Engineering domains to define AI requirements, leveraging Foundry Palantir and MS development tools within an LBIP-aligned agile framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-year experience in Digital innovation project management.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Explore Solutions: automate workflows or optimize processes using AI.
• Model Training & Deployment: assist in training and deployment of models for engineering use cases.
• Business Integration: bridge between AI capabilities and practical needs of Engineering Métiers.
• Transversal Collaboration: engage with various Engineering departments to translate needs into AI requirements.
• Technical Implementation: use Foundry Palantir, Python, VS Code to build engineering enablers.
• Identify and collect the Metiers’ needs for digital innovations in MR and AI.
• Contribute to the digital innovation strategy and roadmap for Engineering metiers.
• Support project leaders across Airbus Helicopters to structure digital innovation projects per LBIP standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Central Digital Innovation and Information Management for roll-out and production support.
• Regular communications and reporting on Digital Innovation to top management.
