Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS

To support its growth, YoleGroup is opening an Engagement manager position to strengthen its CustomProjects team. This department delivers dedicated studies across a wide range of topics withinthe semiconductor industry.

Directly reporting to the director ofthis activity, you will oversee signed projects from start tofinish and drive business development .Focusing on market intelligence studies, you will play a key role in turningclient needs into scalable, measurable workflows.

To achieve your goals, you willwork closely with the project managers to mobilize and manage multidisciplinaryteams, ensuring the quality and relevance of project milestones anddeliverables. As you’ll need to work with analysts across all departments, youwill need to understand their workflows and the time they can dedicate to yourprojects.

The position is based in Lyon, France.

As an Engagement Manager, your main tasks will be to:

• Analyzeincoming requests, engage with customers and pre-scope projects
• Definecontract specifications and build-up commercial proposals
• Developthe business while considering each department’s workload
• Workclosely with the different project managers throughout each project to:
  • Buildthe internal project teams and hire external partner when needed
  • Monitorproject costs, profitability and timelines
  • Trackaccurately all leads, opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM,ensuring the sales pipeline is always up to date and deliver accurate forecast
  • Refineand continuously improve the pricing strategy

Requirements

• Master’sdegree in Business Administration or equivalent
• +4/5years of experience in business development / technical sales / engagementmanager in a related industry
• Deepinterest in the electronics tech, semiconductor industry and its ecosystem
• Provenability to meet customer’s expectations & build-up long term relationships
• ExcellentEnglish speaking/writing (minimum CECR - C1 / TOEIC 800); any additionallanguage is a plus
• Autonomy,proactivity, time management and commitment are necessary
