Job summary

YoleGroup, an international analytics company in the semiconductor sector, is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead CustomProjects from scope to delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, craft contracts, and drive client-facing business development in a fast-paced tech environment in Lyon, France.

The role emphasizes market intelligence, strong English communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while balancing project profitability and timelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of experience in business development / technical sales / engagement management in related industry preferred.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (CEFR C1 / TOEIC 800) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee signed projects from start to finish and drive business development.
• Define contract specifications and build commercial proposals.
• Develop the business while considering workload of each department.
• Work with project managers to build internal teams, monitor costs and timelines, and maintain CRM data for accurate forecasting.
