Job summary

Finergreen in Paris is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Paris team. You will work on M&A and Project Finance transactions, supporting clients through analysis, structuring, and execution from day one.

You will collaborate with around 30 professionals, gain exposure to senior team members and clients, and progressively take ownership of workstreams and relationships as you grow.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with strong finance background.
• 1–5 years of infra/energy investment banking, M&A, private equity or advisory.
• Interest in energy transition and credits to France/Europe deals.
• Strong analytical skills, accounting and financial modelling proficiency.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint abilities; fast learner and team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, build models, evaluate project economics and valuations.
• Contribute to structuring and execution of M&A and project finance transactions.
• Create client and investor materials: teasers, information memoranda, presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence with clients, lenders and advisors.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities in energy transition sectors.
• Assist business development and mentoring of junior team members.
