Job summary

BIP is hiring a Senior Manager / Director to grow its Energy & Utilities business in France, focusing on electricity and gas retail markets. The role blends project leadership with business development to become a key reference for BIP’s Energy practice in France.

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years in top consulting, deep knowledge of French energy markets, and strong leadership to drive client success and strategic growth. Proficiency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

Senior business consultant with strong Energy industry expertise and knowledge of the French market.
Experience leading complex transformation projects for large Energy clients.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and identify consulting opportunities.
Fluent/native French and professional English.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at major Energy clients.
Identify client needs and translate them into consulting and transformation opportunities.
Lead complex business transformation and advisory projects with quality and impact.
Coordinate multidisciplinary consulting teams and provide senior guidance during delivery.
Support expansion of BIP’s Energy presence in France.
