Prosolia Energy, a leading renewable energy group, seeks an Energy & BESS Business Manager to drive growth in energy storage and BESS portfolios. Based in Paris or Toulouse, you will own revenue strategy, benchmark partners, and oversee financial analyses for C&I and utility-scale assets.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales and Finance to ensure feasibility and contribute to due diligence and market intelligence, leveraging English and French fluency and a strong business development

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional experience in a similar role within IPP/utility/energy trading or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of energy markets, particularly BESS in France.

Responsabilités

• Define revenue strategy for BESS/hybrid assets including arbitrage and ancillary services.
• Lead relationships with aggregators, optimisers and route-to-market partners.
• Design and maintain financial analysis tools for Commercial & Industrial projects.
• Assess economic feasibility of energy storage opportunities.
• Benchmark technology providers and energy storage consultants.
• Integrate technical and financial models into investment assessments.
• Coordinate external technical advisors for bankable models.
• Support portfolio expansion via acquisition or co-development of BESS assets.
• Participate in due diligence (technical, regulatory, financial).
• Monitor French power market and translate into revenue assumptions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Finance to ensure project feasibility.
