Job summary

Greenvolt Next France seeks an Energy Solutions Engineer to develop, structure and standardise new energy solutions, focusing on ACC, BESS, flexibility and PV business models. The role will bridge Commercial, Engineering, Finance and Permitting to deliver commercially viable offerings in France.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Engineering or related field with 3-5 years in energy, strong analytical/financial skills and fluency in French and English, and an interest in digitalisation, AI and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Energy or related field.
3-5 years of experience in the energy sector (solar PV, energy storage or energy services).
Strong analytical and financial skills; experience developing business cases and financial models.
Good understanding of energy markets and innovative energy solutions; knowledge of BESS and ACC is a plus.
Strong business and product mindset; ability to translate opportunities into commercially viable solutions.
Interest in digitalisation, AI and automation and their application to business processes.
Ability to work across Commercial, Engineering, Finance and Permitting teams.
Fluent in French and professional English.

Responsibilities

Developing and standardising new offers around ACC, BESS, PV + Storage and flexibility
Building the related business cases, financial models and pricing tools
Monitoring market and regulatory developments, especially for ACC, storage and energy markets
Identifying and contractualising partnerships with aggregators, suppliers, PMO operators and other relevant energy players
Supporting complex technical and commercial opportunities
Developing AI, automation and digital tools to improve the efficiency of Sales and Permitting teams, for example automated business cases, tender analysis, permitting documents, 3D PV/carport integrations or other repetitive activities.
