Job summary

Greenvolt Next France is seeking an Energy Solutions Engineer to develop, structure and standardise new energy solutions, focusing on ACC, BESS, flexibility and PV-based business models.

You will build business cases, financial models and pricing tools, monitor market/regulatory developments, and forge partnerships with aggregators and energy players, while advancing AI and automation to streamline sales and permitting processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Energy or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in solar PV, energy storage or energy services.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience developing business cases and financial models.
• Knowledge of BESS, collective self-consumption (ACC) and flexibility is a plus.
• Strong business mindset with ability to translate technical opportunities into commercially viable solutions.
• Interest in digitalisation, AI and automation and their application to business processes.
• Ability to work across Commercial, Engineering, Finance and Permitting teams.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardise new offers around ACC, BESS, PV + Storage and flexibility.
• Build related business cases, financial models and pricing tools.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments, especially for ACC, storage and energy markets.
• Identify and contract partnerships with aggregators, suppliers, PMO operators and other energy players.
• Support complex technical and commercial opportunities.
• Develop AI, automation and digital tools to improve the efficiency of Sales and Permitting teams.
