MINISO France is seeking an organized Procurement Assistant to manage end-to-end local purchase orders, from placing orders to tracking progress, confirming lead times and updating logistics status. You will serve as the main contact for local suppliers on daily order matters, samples, quality inspections and handling exceptions such as stock shortages or delivery delays.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in order follow-up / procurement assistant roles in retail, trading or e-commerce.
Familiar with standard procurement SOPs.
Fluent in English; strong French and Chinese considered a plus.

Responsabilités

Responsible for end-to-end processing of local purchase orders, including order placement, progress tracking, lead time confirmation, and logistics status management.
Act as the primary point of contact for local suppliers on daily order-related matters, sample delivery, quality inspection arrangements, and exception handling (stock shortages, packaging discrepancies, delivery delays).
Documentation & System Entry: manage purchase contract filing, maintain system transaction records, reconcile, and assist the Procurement Manager with payment term settlements.
Regularly compile purchase and inventory reports, monitor out-of-stock alerts across stores, and promptly communicate supply-side fluctuations.
