EMERTON DATA — the entity of Emerton Group dedicated to digital and advanced data analytics activities — is hiring a Manager for our Paris office in Data Strategy Consulting. You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients design their strategies and transform their business, all under the guidance of hands-on Partners.

• Problem-solving mindset with a creative, analytical, and structured approach to strategy design.

• Experience in Data/Strategy or management consulting contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and timely delivery to high-quality standards.
• Manageday-to-day client relations and build long-term relationships.
• Structure the problem-solving process and develop project schedules, assign teamwork, lead team and provide mentoring and training.
• Support lead generation and project acquisition: proposal preparation and presentation.
• Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams.
• Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as a full member of our leadership team.
• Develop teams through recruitment, training, and communication.
