Emerton is hiring for a Data Strategy Consulting Manager in Paris. You will lead a 2-5 consultant team to design and implement client strategy projects, working under hands-on Partners to ensure high-quality delivery with minimal travel.

The role requires strong data-driven analysis, exceptional communication, and a proactive leadership approach to grow the firm and develop client relationships across industries.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in data/strategy or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client relations.
• Experience leading teams on strategic projects and mentoring junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2-5 consultants to design client strategies and transform their business.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and delivery of high-quality work.
• Structure problem-solving processes, develop project schedules, assign tasks, mentor the team.
• Support business development: proposals and presentations.

What You’ll Do

You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients design their strategies and transform their business, all under the guidance of hands-on Partners:

• Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time to our high quality standards

• Manage day-to-day client relations and build long-term relationships

• Structure the problem-solving process and develop project schedules, assign teamwork, lead team and provide adequate mentoring and training

• Support lead generation and project acquisition: proposal preparation and presentation

• Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams

• Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as a full member of our leadership team

• Develop teams through contribution to recruitment, training, and communication

What You’ll Bring

• Problem-solving mindset with a creative, analytical, and structured approach to strategy design

• Ability to make compelling data-driven arguments while appreciating and considering competing viewpoints in a team setting

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the capability to translate facts and data into meaningful insights and recommendations
