DuPont is seeking a Technical Service & Development Specialist to join our EMEA team, collaborating with customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to support RO, NF, UF membranes and ion exchange resins. You will troubleshoot, conduct on-site visits, and contribute to pilot studies and technical proposals.

This role requires 3–5 years in water treatment, strong analytical skills, and travel about 60% across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to water technology or engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in water treatment systems including UF/RO/NF/IER.
• Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, or field service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; other European languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~60% across the EMEA region.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for RO, NF, UF membrane systems and ion exchange resin technologies across the EMEA region.
• Partner with customers to understand water treatment challenges and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits, technical audits, troubleshooting activities, and customer training programs.
• Support membrane cleaning studies, performance evaluations, data normalization, and system optimization activities.
• Assist customers during start-up and commissioning of UF, RO, and IER installations.
• Prepare professional technical reports and recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
