Waters is seeking a regional expert for BD COR PX, GX and MX platforms to maximize uptime and accelerate restoration across EMEA. You will provide advanced technical support to customers and field teams, travel across Western Europe, and mentor regional staff to strengthen service capabilities.

Reporting to the EMEA Regional Support and Training Manager, you will drive 98% uptime targets, support installations, escalations, and service campaigns while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven field service instrument support experience; third-line support on complex automated platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of PC hardware/software, Windows, LIS, networking, middleware, databases and automated workflow connectivity.
• Strong customer focus and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% across Western Europe and wider EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Maintain expert knowledge of BD COR PX, GX and MX configurations, modules, workflows, software, connectivity and service procedures.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, log review and escalation, with regional field teams.
• Monitor site performance and uptime targets, coordinating regional action plans.
• Develop and occasionally deliver BD COR technical training for field/remote staff.
• Support product launches, upgrades, service campaigns and regulatory/timeline compliance.
• Contribute to service readiness and lifecycle management including spare-parts and service records.
