Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Director of Sales – Human Identification (HID), EMEA to lead the regional sales organisation and fuel sustainable growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with regional and global teams to execute our go‑to‑market strategy, manage complex Tender opportunities, and drive channel performance while building a high‑performing team capable of delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• Broad experience leading sales organisations across multiple markets.
• Strong track record in complex, regionally diverse environments.
• Experience with genomics, forensic DNA or related workflows preferred.
