Moncler Group seeks a Head of VM EMEA to lead the visual merchandising strategy from its Paris Corporate Office. You will oversee 11 VM professionals across Europe, ensure brand presentation meets premium standards, and align VM with regional business targets.

You will report to the Retail Merchandising & VM Director EMEA with a dotted line to the WW Visual Merchandising Director, guiding VM execution across 20 countries and 100 DOS. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ of experience in a VM managerial role within Luxury Fashion/Retail.
• Strong people managerial, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Lead VM direction across all EMEA stores with inspiration and guidance to deliver premium customer experience.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards compliance in collaboration with global HQ.
• Build and motivate the EMEA VM team and manage travel demands.
• Coordinate VM with planning teams to align with deliveries and retro planning.
