EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, is seeking a Manager Transportation Product Management EMEA in Arras. You will own the lifecycle of transportation products for the EMEA region, including strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional leadership with North America and other regions.

You will define needs across lead-acid, lithium, sensors, and connectivity for transportation and marine spaces, lead a team of PMs, and deliver PRDs and project submissions. Travel 15–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or business required.
• Minimum 6 years experience in an engineering, technical, or product management function.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Preferred 2+ years experience in a Product Management or strategic role.
• Preferred 4+ years of experience in automotive engineering or automotive product management.
• Preferred 4+ years of experience in battery systems.
• Highly organized with multitasking and project management skills.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Define product needs in lead-acid, lithium, and sensors/connectivity for transportation, commercial vehicles, and marine in EMEA.
• Lead a team of product managers to create roadmaps, PRDs, and manage submissions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scope projects, gather feedback, and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage full product lifecycle and drive improvements and changes.
• Engage with customers and OEMs to capture future requirements and opportunities.
• Review RFIs/RFQs and provide feedback on solutions for the transportation roadmap.
• Support fleets, customers, and partners with technical leadership as needed.
• Represent EnerSys in industry events and coordinate with centers of excellence.
