EnerSys is seeking a Power Electronics Lead in Arras, Hauts-de-France. This strategic role focuses on the design and development of high-power AC/DC conversion systems. The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership abilities. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a must. This position offers a chance to shape innovative industrial solutions while driving energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high-power industrial applications.
• Strong expertise in semiconductor technologies.
• Experience managing engineering teams and complex technical programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering activities for MW-class PCS.
• Define system architectures and supervise liquid-cooling systems.
• Conduct advanced simulations and ensure compliance with standards.
