Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce in B2B.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce in B2B.
• Proven expertise with marketing tech stacks and big data analytics.
• Strong track record leading and implementing marketing strategies in retail/distribution.
• Experience leading managers and large organisations in international/matrix setups.
• Advanced data science and analytics capabilities with data-driven marketing results.
• Strong business acumen and financial management; ROI oriented.
