SharkNinja is building its EMEA RGM function and is seeking a change agent to establish it from the ground up. The role focuses on margin modelling, data-driven decisions and AI-enabled ROI across Germany and France, reporting to the EMEA RGM Senior Director.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in consumer industries, hands-on P&L and Excel expertise, and are fluent in English with German or French a plus. The position is hybrid, based in Paris or Frankfurt with travel to Frankfurt and Paris monthly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the consumer industry.
• Fluency in P&L management including gross margin and ROI.
• Hands-on with Excel and AI tools; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyze promotional ROI and optimize investment across channels.
• Build margin by mix models to drive P&L KPIs.
• Lead ROI-driven decision making with data and AI support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Demand Planning.
