SharkNinja is launching its EMEA RGM function, building it from the ground up with a team of six focusing on Germany and France. The role requires 10+ years in consumer industry and strong P&L fluency, with hands-on Excel and AI tool experience.

Based in Paris or Frankfurt, the position offers a hybrid work model with travel to Frankfurt and Paris monthly. You will lead margin modelling, set pricing guardrails, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning to deliver ROI improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the consumer industry.
• Fluency in P&L from top to bottom, including sales and share, promotional investment, retailer terms, gross margin and mix.
• A track record of delivering culture change through high energy, impact focused work.
• English fluent is required; German or French language skills are a plus.
• Hands on Excel skills and comfort using AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyse promotional ROI by event, retailer and product, identifying where to reinvest and where to cut.
• Build and maintain margin by mix models to drive bottom line P&L KPIs, including Sales Out, Share, Sell In and Gross Profit.
• Quantify investment trade offs in line with core category strategy.
• Shift investment allocation to maximise ROI across product, retailer and region mix.
• Drive an ROI mindset through the promotional calendar and investment guidelines.
• Drive commercial decision making with data, using AI to speed up the path from analysis to action.
