Luxottica seeks an IT Security Specialist to safeguard the EMEA retail IT landscape, with a split focus on GRC governance for BeNe Optical Retail and security operations across EMEA retail. You will work within the Global SOC Level 2 team, monitoring, detecting and responding to security events using modern XDR tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC operations at Level 2.
• Expertise with XDR platforms such as Microsoft Defender and Palo Alto Cortex.
• Experience in security incident detection, investigation and response across endpoints, identities, networks and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of GRC processes, ISMS management, audits, and policy implementation.
• Experience in international or distributed environments, preferably retail or large enterprises.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Operate as part of the Global SOC Level 2 team supporting EMEA retail operations.
• Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
• Manage escalations from L1 and coordinate remediation within XDR.
• Utilize Defender and Cortex to improve threat detection and response.
• Correlate events across endpoints, identities, networks and cloud envs.
• Assist in deployment and troubleshooting of XDR across endpoints, identities, networks and cloud workloads.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc security reporting to Global IT Security Ops Manager and local ISOs.
• Liaise between Global Security Operations and regional retail orgs to ensure alignment.
