Luxottica seeks a Senior Employee Benefits Analyst to assess risks for the Group's global workforce within the EB Insurance team and to optimize insurance coverage. You will collaborate with HR Compensation & Benefits to develop, implement, and harmonize employee benefits, ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

In addition, you will support integration into the company’s reinsurance captive and drive reporting, analytics and stakeholder communication to enhance benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree in insurance, compensation & benefits, economics, statistics or actuarial science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in actuarial science or underwriting in insurance or consulting.
• Strong understanding of insurance mechanisms, policy wording, underwriting principles, and claims processes.
• Experience managing multiple benefit programs and external vendors.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage renewals for insured EB plans across geographic perimeter.
• Lead insured EB projects in harmonization context.
• Handle Master policies such as Business Travel Accident.
• Oversee broker assessments and related fees.
• Develop reporting and communication tools.
• Support EB line of EL captive launch and underwriting documents control.
