PVH Corp. is seeking a Senior IT Manager, EMEA Southwest, to lead regional IT operations across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

You will coordinate global services, ensure reliable performance, and act as the regional interface between local business teams and the global IT organization. The role emphasizes governance, standards, and operational readiness across multi-site retail and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of regional IT operations or IT service management experience including budgets and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security best practices.
• Experience leading regional IT projects and local implementations of global initiatives.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to optimize services and deliver measurable results.
• Experience working in global, fast paced, multicultural environments.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Regional IT Operations & Service Performance: Ensure reliable IT operations across EMEA Southwest by monitoring service performance and coordinating actions with service owners.
• Retail IT Delivery & Store Lifecycle: Lead IT readiness for new openings, relocations, refurbishments, and store closures across EMEA Southwest.
