• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• Relational DB experience at scale with PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide deep technical support to customers.
• Manage support cases from start to finish.
• Advise on design, optimization, and implementation of TimescaleDB.
• Build relationships and help customers succeed.
