Adisseo France S.A.S. seeks a Lead Buyer for Global Storage & EMEA Road Transportation to drive sourcing strategies across Europe and MEA, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure value within budget and governance rules.

You will gather internal requirements, launch tenders, compare offers, and manage supplier relationships. The role involves drafting contracts with legal support and reporting performance and savings to corporate, in a globally connected purchasing network with remote interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, in a similar role.
• Experience in storage and/or transportation is a plus.
• Ability to analyze needs and offers.
• Experience in a matrix organization with remote interactions.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality are essential.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders
• Establish ad hoc Purchasing strategies
• Identify potential suppliers (RFI)
• Launch tenders and RFQ
• Establish comparison grids and weight criteria
• Analyze offers (TCO) and negotiate up to supplier selection
• Draft contracts with legal support and establish KPIs
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Provide reports and analyses on Purchasing performance and budget compliance
• Participate in compliance audits
