Job summary

Semarchy is building a Professional Services practice to own delivery from scoping through go-live, enabling customers to reach value faster. As Manager of Professional Services for EMEA, you will oversee day-to-day delivery with internal consultants and partners, staying close to the work and stepping in on critical projects.

Location is France (ideally near Paris or Lyon) with up to 15% travel. The team includes solution architects and project managers, plus subcontracted partners across EMEA,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Professional Services or consulting in enterprise software.
• 2+ years leading delivery teams.
• Hands-on delivery in master data management, data integration, or modern data platforms.
• Experience writing SOWs and estimates, and managing utilization, forecast, and margin.
• Experience managing subcontracted or partner delivery resources.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Bias toward time-to-first value and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA delivery team.
• Run delivery to Semarchy's delivery standard and manage escalations.
• Own SOWs and change requests for the region.
• Own capacity and utilization in EMEA.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Account Management, and PS leadership across regions.
