Job summary

Westman Atelier is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to lead end-to-end 360 marketing strategies, including experiential events, paid social, and retail activations. You will partner with global brand teams and regional retailers to grow brand equity and consumer engagement across major markets.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in prestige beauty or luxury brand marketing, strong cross-functional leadership, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience in prestige beauty or luxury brands.
• Proven understanding of global consumer marketing and multi-brand retail dynamics across Europe.
• Track record of planning and executing large-scale experiential events and integrated digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end 360 marketing strategies across regions to drive global brand growth and regional execution.
• Manage experiential marketing projects, including major brand activations and influencer events, with ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, Brand, and regional teams to translate core stories into localized campaigns.
• Oversee paid media, digital/social campaigns, and CRM initiatives aligned with retail objectives.
• Develop co-marketing plans with retail partners (e.g., Sephora) and deliver localized assets for multi-brand environments.
