The role leads regional lifecycle management, drives downstream planning for new launches, and collaborates with country sales, Global Marketing, and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of marketing experience within the MedTech industry.
• Good understanding of EMEA healthcare markets, regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Experience operating in a matrix organization and collaborating across countries and levels.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial capabilities; translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated project-management capability; prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Translate market and performance insights into priorities, value propositions, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with country sales leadership to shape commercial priorities and ensure consistent execution.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and review cadences to measure impact and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Own regional lifecycle management for the product portfolio, including positioning and adoption initiatives.
• Lead downstream planning and execution for new product launches with alignment across markets.
• Develop compliant messaging, campaigns, and sales-enablement tools for existing and new product lines.
• Act as the regional link to Global Marketing, localizing global strategies and assets.
