Valiantys is seeking a Marketing Manager EMEA to drive demand generation and ABM initiatives across regional markets. You will translate business objectives into impactful multichannel campaigns, events, and content while partnering with Sales and executive stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration across markets, AI-enabled marketing improvements, and a six-month maternity cover. English fluency and experience in tech marketing are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven experience developing and executing ABM programs in partnership with Sales.
• Strong experience across demand generation, integrated campaigns, events, content, and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and confidently present to executive audiences.
• Experience operating across multiple EMEA markets and languages is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus.

• Drive EMEA marketing plans and campaigns aligned with regional priorities and pipeline objectives.
• Partner with Sales to translate market opportunities into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Balance regional consistency with market maturity and adapt global campaigns accordingly.
• Strengthen positioning as a transformation and Atlassian partner through differentiated marketing.
• Use AI tools to improve planning, content development, personalization, and campaign execution.
• Develop ABM initiatives targeting strategic accounts in close partnership with Sales.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns and events across EMEA, including webinars and partner activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market priorities.
• Track performance with CRM and analytics tools, translating data into actionable insights.
