Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join our HR Operations in Paris. You will deliver ER support across a range of employment matters, manage a complex case portfolio, and guide leadership on organisational change with a balanced legal and business perspective.

You will partner with HRBPs and leaders across the region, ensuring robust documentation and governance while driving continuous ER improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Employee Relations experience.
• Strong ER experience in both the UK and France is required.
• Experience working in matrix organisations and across different cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong judgement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, knowledgeable ER support across complex employment matters in line with policy and law.
• Own a complex ER case portfolio end-to-end with timely, risk-based advice for HR Partners and leaders.
• Provide expert ER guidance on organisational change and workforce matters balancing legal requirements and business needs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify risks, evaluate options and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain high standards of ER case documentation and governance.
