Zusammenfassung

Sterimed is seeking a Financial Manager EMEA to drive financial performance across regional sites. You will coordinate monthly reporting, analyze margins, and manage intercompany pricing while partnering with site directors and executives to steer investment decisions.

You will lead harmonization of margin analysis, support capex business plans, and coordinate the EMEA budget cycle. Fluency in English and SAP experience are required for this role based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial/financial controlling or multi-site environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to consolidate data across entities and currencies.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with site directors and regional management.
• ERP experience with SAP or equivalent is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate monthly financial reporting for EMEA and consolidate 10 entities' financials.
• Manage intercompany sales, pricing and margin monitoring.
• Lead margin harmonization and regular analytical reporting by product, customer and site.
• Support business plan construction for large capex projects with payback calculations.
• Coordinate the regional finance team and support growth and hiring decisions.
• Assist smaller sites with reporting needs and budgets.
• Contribute to annual budget prep and consolidation for the EMEA region.
• Support integration of acquired entities and transversal finance issues.
• Participate in SAP deployment to harmonize reporting and cost accounting.
• Organize working capital reporting and provide actionable insights.
