Job summary

STERIMED Infection Control in Boulogne-Billancourt seeks a Senior Finance Controller to drive EMEA financial performance and act as trusted partner to site directors and regional management.

You will consolidate financials from multiple entities, analyze margins, support capex business cases, and coordinate regional finance across sites, ensuring reporting harmony. English fluency is mandatory and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering.
• 8+ years in industrial controlling/financial controlling, multi-site preferred.
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly regional financial reporting for EMEA.
• Consolidate the financials of 10 entities in the region.
• Analyze margins by product, customer and site; monitor intercompany pricing.
• Lead harmonization of margin analysis methodology across region.
• Support business plan construction on large capex projects.
• Coordinate Finance team in EMEA and support site directors.
