AlixPartners is seeking a PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA to lead the executive recruiting team across the UK, DACH, Italy, France and the Middle East. You will set strategy, mentor the team, manage multiple searches, and partner with regional leaders to deliver high‑quality candidate experiences.

Based in London, Munich, Dusseldorf, or Berlin, this role requires deep understanding of local employment laws, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive, inclusive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an executive search team in a consulting or professional services context.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across EMEA.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English; German/French/Italian a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage the executive recruiting function across EMEA, including strategy and team development.
• Lead end‑to‑end searches for Partner and Managing Director roles with high discretion.
• Partner with regional leaders and global heads to align staffing with business priorities.
• Mentor recruiters, researchers, and coordinators to ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with firm policies, and effective reporting from the CRM.
