Enea is seeking a Sales Director for the Embedded Security unit to drive profitable revenue growth across the EMEA region. The Sales Director will promote Enea’s Qosmos Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and Threat Detection technologies to network equipment manufacturers, system integrators, cybersecurity providers, and selected government ecosystems.

Pre-Sales Engineering resources will support the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; at least 10 years in sales or pre-sales.
• Proven track record in government, defense, and cybersecurity sales.
• Experience selling highly technical products and solutions.
• Strong networking within public sector and international markets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an EMEA territory plan with priorities, target accounts, and revenue goals.
• Plan strategic account and partner activities; map decision-makers and present to executives.
• Manage full sales cycle with Pre-Sales support: qualification, discovery, evaluation, proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation.
• Develop government-focused channels and close orders with key partners.
• Represent Enea at government, defense, cybersecurity, and partner events.
• Maintain accurate opportunity management, pipeline, and revenue forecasting.
• Track government market dynamics, procurement practices, regulatory requirements, and competition.
• Develop trusted executive relationships within key accounts, agencies, and partners.
