Moët Hennessy, the Wines and Spirits division of LVMH, seeks a Regional Demand & Supply Planner to lead end-to-end planning for the EMEA region using Maestro Kinaxis. You will align market demand with supply, monitor forecasts, and collaborate with markets and central teams to improve service levels and inventory health.

The role also drives regional S&OP and S&OE processes, fosters continuous improvement, and provides data-driven insights to support decision making within the Moët Hennessy

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (supply chain specialization is a plus) or Business School Degree with Supply Chain Specialization.
  • Global comprehension of Supply & Production planning.
  • ERP/Planning: APO (DP & SNP), SAP.

Responsabilités

  • Demand Planning & Maestro Kinaxis: Consolidate and analyse forecasts; lead monthly demand reviews; ensure action follow-up.
  • Supply Planning & Advanced Planning (S&OP / S&OE): Monitor replenishment; align with stock targets; support S&OP/S&OE.
  • Regional Control Tower: Govern lifecycle, track SLOBs, oversee SKUs and vintages; manage phase-in/phase-out plans.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement: Drive cross-functional supply chain projects; improve planning efficiency and tool adoption.
  • Reporting & Performance Management: Communicate KPIs; regular reporting on volumes, allocations and sales.

The Regional Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for supporting end-to-end planning across the EMEA region, ensuring strong alignment between market demand, supply availability, and inventory targets. The role contributes to a more advanced planning approach by using Maestro Kinaxis to improve visibility, responsiveness, and decision-making across demand and supply.

The position plays an active role in the regional planning cycle, supporting Regional S&OP and S&OE processes, while also helping markets strengthen their own S&OP and S&OE routines. The objective is to improve service levels, forecast quality, stock health, and cross-functional alignment across the region.

Job responsibilities

Demand Planning & Maestro Kinaxis

  • Consolidate and analyse sales forecasts for EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and quality of master data.
  • Lead monthly demand reviews with markets and facilitate forecast committees with Maison Supply Planning.
  • Ensure post-committee action follow-up and support markets in improving forecast accuracy and bias.
  • Control allocation processes and prioritise market demands following MH EMEA guidelines.

Supply Planning & Advanced Planning (S&OP / S&OE)

  • Manage regional replenishment planning usingMaestro Kinaxisto monitor supply plans, parameters, alerts, and demand-supply gaps.
  • Control short- and mid-term replenishment, aligning with stock coverage targets and production capabilities.
  • Drive and supportRegional S&OPandS&OEprocesses, aligning strategic, tactical, and operational horizons.
  • Foster and support the implementation or enhancement ofMarket S&OP and S&OE routinesacross EMEA markets.
  • Coordinate with Central Planning, Customer Service & Logistics teams to manage allocations, prioritize markets, and assess unforecasted demand requests.

Regional Control Tower (Obsoletes, SKUs, Vintage Switches & Lifecycle)

  • Act as the regional control tower responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Monitor and govern slow movers and obsolescence (SLOBs), tracking key performance indicators and driving corrective action plans with markets.
  • Oversee portfolio complexity, including total number of SKUs and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage complexvintage switches, product introductions, and discontinuations, establishing robust phase-in/phase-out plans to ensure business continuity.
  • LeverageMaestro Kinaxisfor demand & supply planning, statistical modeling, forecast evolution monitoring, and exception management.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate actively in cross-functional supply chain projects, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Drive continuous improvement action plans to enhance planning efficiency, tool adoption, and process optimization.
  • Support change management as the region evolves its planning capabilities and ways of working.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Communicate core supply chain KPIs (such as Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, stock levels, and SLOBs) to markets, BDDs, and regional leadership.
  • Provide regular reporting on volumes, allocations, and sales performance.
Profile

Professional experience & technical skills:

  • Degree in Engineering (supply chain specialization is a plus) / OR Business School Degree with Supply Chain Specialization
  • Global comprehension of Supply & Production planning
  • ERP/Planning: APO (DP & SNP), SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comprehensive formula knowledge, database management, and pivot tables (VBA, SQL is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical abilities

Languages

Fluent English, French is a plus.
