Eaton Corporation in France is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex Data Center infrastructure projects across France and the wider EMEA region. You will own projects from order intake through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to Eaton’s service organization.

The role requires strong technical leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management, with remote/hybrid work in France and regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project or site management experience within construction, critical infrastructure, electrical systems, or industrial automation environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) with a focus on construction and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in electrical power distribution, power management systems, UPS technologies, ...
• Experience working within Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, or similarly complex industrial environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with significant installation and commissioning content and high commercial exposure.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal. Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex engineered-to-order Data Center and critical infrastructure projects.
• Build, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams with clear ownership.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle with Sales as primary contact.
• Drive project financial performance through cost control, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and opportunities with risk registers.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities with suppliers.
• Lead on-site implementation activities including SAT, commissioning oversight, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure successful outcomes across safety, quality, customer satisfaction, profitability, and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing knowledge across the organization.
