Job summary

Stripe is seeking an outstanding transactional lawyer to join our commercial legal team supporting our fast-growing business in EMEA. You will build strategic relationships with regional sales leaders and influence Stripe's contracting processes to scale efficiently at pace.

You will draft and maintain agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive fintech innovation while ensuring legal risk is managed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in-house or at a technology-focused law firm.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the EMEA sales team, advising on a wide range of commercial and legal issues.
• Draft and maintain Stripe's commercial agreements and playbooks.
• Lead negotiations and provide risk analysis for complex transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, privacy, operations, product, tax, and risk.
• Deliver training and resources to help the Sales team understand regulatory and contractual requirements.
