Job summary

Anotech, a subsidiary of ALTEN, seeks a Project Change Manager in Charenton-le-Pont, France to lead the MOC process for the EMEA portfolio. You will coordinate stakeholders and ensure changes are assessed, documented, implemented, and closed with full traceability.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field, have 15+ years in Change Management or project coordination within EPC/EPCM environments, and are fluent in English and French.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: at least 15 years in Change Management, Project Engineering, Project Controls, or Project Coordination within industrial projects.
• Project environment: EPC, EPCM, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Languages: Fluent English and French (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the complete lifecycle of Management of Change (MOC) requests.
• Ensure all modifications are properly recorded, tracked, and documented within the internal MOC system.
• Maintain full traceability and compliance throughout the change management process.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely advancement of each change request until closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, monitor action plans, and provide visibility to Project Teams regarding status and progress.
