Job summary

Dust is hiring a User Researcher to become the connective tissue between our users and the teams building for them. This embedded role will shape product decisions, inform GTM positioning, and surface insights to help us serve customers like Datadog, 1Password, and Cursor at a higher level.

You will be the first dedicated researcher on the team, building the function from the ground up. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, owning studies end-to-end and

Qualifications

• Strong mixed-methods research skills.
• Experience running and synthesising user interviews at pace.
• Ability to translate insights into decision-driving narratives.
• Track record of research influencing product decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the research function at Dust.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Partner with Product and Design to embed research in roadmaps.
• Support GTM and customer understanding with insights.
• Scale impact using AI tools to automate insights and enable self-serve research.
