Job summary

Dust is hiring its first PM hire to turn raw GTM signals, company priorities, and user feedback into well-formed problems for the product team. You will own the process translating priorities into actionable initiatives across product, marketing, and operations, enriching projects with business and user context, and guiding decision-making through to delivery.

Based in Paris with a preference for in-person collaboration across our global offices, you will enable distributed ownership, balance

Qualifications

• Founding PM mentality with hands-on building ability.
• Strong product sensibility and judgment for tech products.
• Able to distill messy feedback into sharp problems and decisions.
• Comfort with engineers and designers and solving complex tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and synthesize feedback from GTM, users and product.
• Shape initiatives with clear objectives, KPIs, and scope.
• Drive outcome tracking to measure impact of shipped work.
• Improve internal coordination across Marketing, Comms, GTM and Product.
• Own artefacts in the company platform related to products and data.
